class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Pr\u00e9sentation: \u00a0<\/strong>Les recherches men\u00e9es par l\u2019\u00e9quipe portent sur les contaminants organiques d\u2019origine anthropique (persistants et \u00e9mergents), l\u2019identification des sources de contamination (diagnostic environnemental via des m\u00e9thodes d\u2019\u00e9chantillonnage et de mesures innovantes), leur devenir dans le cycle de l\u2019eau (transfert et transformation), la caract\u00e9risation de l\u2019exposition environnementale et les impacts environnementaux et sanitaires associ\u00e9s. Le contaminant comme porte d\u2019entr\u00e9e de notre r\u00e9flexion scientifique nous m\u00e8ne \u00e0 nous int\u00e9resser\u00a0: i\/ \u00e0 des usages de l\u2019eau comme v\u00e9hicule vers une exposition, ii\/ aux transformations des contaminants dans diff\u00e9rents contextes, iii\/ \u00e0 la caract\u00e9risation d\u00e9taill\u00e9e de l\u2019exposition des organismes et populations (y compris humaines), et enfin, \u00e0 la d\u00e9termination des modes d\u2019action de ces contaminants au niveau mol\u00e9culaire. Nos activit\u00e9s vont des recherches fondamentales, m\u00e9thodologiques et d\u2019innovation \u00e0 l\u2019enseignement.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Pr\u00e9sentation :\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p>En milieu urbain, l\u2019imperm\u00e9abilisation et l\u2019artificialisation des surfaces accentuent le ruissellement pluvial et les processus de lessivage. Le cheminement de l\u2019eau au travers du milieu urbain est facilit\u00e9 par les r\u00e9seaux tels que voirie, assainissement pluvial, cours d\u2019eau ; mais \u00e9galement d\u00e9tourn\u00e9 ou ralenti par le b\u00e2ti, les infrastructures urbaines et les am\u00e9nagements <em>de gestion douce<\/em> des eaux de pluie. La dynamique des transferts d\u2019eau et de mati\u00e8re sur un bassin versant urbain rel\u00e8ve de la distribution spatio-temporelle des pr\u00e9cipitations combin\u00e9e avec la connectivit\u00e9 hydrologique du tissu et des am\u00e9nagements urbains. La recherche de l\u2019\u00e9quipe H2U s\u2019int\u00e9resse aux \u00e9coulements en milieu urbanis\u00e9 dans l\u2019objectif d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la compr\u00e9hension et la gestion des al\u00e9as hydrologiques, inondations et transferts de mati\u00e8res et polluants associ\u00e9s.<\/p><p>Les questions pos\u00e9es dans ce contexte portent sur la caract\u00e9risation des for\u00e7ages et la param\u00e9trisation du milieu, et l\u2019identification et le d\u00e9veloppement de mod\u00e8les hydrologiques, hydrauliques et coupl\u00e9s hydrologie\/qualit\u00e9 des eaux, robustes et rapides, pour la gestion de crise et pour l\u2019\u00e9valuation de scenarii d\u2019am\u00e9nagement et de changements. (2) d\u2019appliquer les techniques de fouilles de donn\u00e9es et d\u2019analyse textuelle sur des documents et bases de donn\u00e9es ouvertes pour le raffinement du param\u00e9trage des mod\u00e8les. (3) de poursuivre le d\u00e9veloppement des mod\u00e8les hydrologiques (plateforme <a href=\"http:\/\/www.athys-soft.org\/\">ATHYS<\/a>) et hydrauliques (<a href=\"https:\/\/lemon.gitlabpages.inria.fr\/sw2d\/index.html\">SW2D<\/a>) en suivant deux pistes\u00a0: la r\u00e9gionalisation des param\u00e8tres des mod\u00e8les conceptuels et les mod\u00e8les macroscopiques \u00e0 porosit\u00e9 utilisant les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s statistiques du tissu urbain. (4) de mettre en \u0153uvre des mod\u00e9lisations coupl\u00e9es hydrologie\/qualit\u00e9 adapt\u00e9es aux \u00e9chelles de temps et d\u2019espace des processus urbains dans l\u2019optique d\u2019\u00e9valuer le r\u00f4le de la combinaison des ouvrages de gestion et d\u2019\u00e9tudier les \u00e9volutions pr\u00e9visibles des transferts \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle int\u00e9gr\u00e9e dans un contexte de changements.<\/p><p class=\"justify\">Les d\u00e9veloppements m\u00e9thodologiques et les mod\u00e9lisations s\u2019appuient sur et alimentent les actions d\u2019observation de l\u2019<a href=\"http:\/\/eauville.msem.univ-montp2.fr\/\">Observatoire Urbain d\u2019HSM<\/a> qui compte deux sites : au Nord, le bassin versant urbain du Verdanson et plus largement le territoire du fleuve c\u00f4tier Lez (traversant Montpellier) et ses affluents ; en miroir, au Sud dans le District d\u2019Abidjan (C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire) le bassin versant p\u00e9riurbain de la lagune Aghien et le bassin urbain Riviera Palmeraie. Ces deux sites sont compl\u00e9t\u00e9s par plusieurs chantiers dans des m\u00e9tropoles sah\u00e9liennes d\u2019Afrique de l\u2019Ouest (Bamako, Dakar, Djibouti, Fes, Ouagadougou, \u2026) . L\u2019ensemble d\u00e9crit une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de conditions climatiques et urbanistiques. Leur diss\u00e9mination dans l\u2019environnement pose des questions cruciales quant aux impacts sur les ressources en eau et la sant\u00e9. Ainsi, le contr\u00f4le des pollutions m\u00e9talliques demeure un enjeu majeur de d\u00e9veloppement durable, une condition essentielle pour am\u00e9liorer la sant\u00e9 (ODD3), prot\u00e9ger les sans-serif;\">Les recherches de l\u2019\u00e9quipe PEnSTer sont centr\u00e9es sur les pollutions m\u00e9talliques et organo-m\u00e9talliques, depuis l\u2019\u00e9tude des processus de transfert vers le milieu aquatique jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019analyse des effets sur les communaut\u00e9s microbiennes, l\u2019\u00e9valuation des expositions humaines et l\u2019\u00e9tude des impacts sanitaires.<\/strong><\/h3><p class=\"justify\">L\u2019\u00e9quipe PEnSTer associe des g\u00e9ochimistes, microbiologistes, \u00e9pid\u00e9miologistes et sp\u00e9cialistes de l\u2019\u00e9conomie circulaire issus du CNRS, de l\u2019IRD, de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Montpellier et de l\u2019IMT Mines Al\u00e8s.<\/p><p><b>Objectifs :\u00a0<\/b><\/p><ul><li>d\u00e9crypter les processus biog\u00e9ochimiques contr\u00f4lant la mobilit\u00e9 des m\u00e9taux, m\u00e9tallo\u00efdes et organom\u00e9talliques et la dynamique des communaut\u00e9s microbiennes ; exploiter certains de ces processus en biorem\u00e9diation.<\/li><li>documenter les expositions environnementales aux m\u00e9taux et m\u00e9tallo\u00efdes toxiques et \u00e9valuer leur impact sur la sant\u00e9 des populations humaines par une approche \u00e9pid\u00e9miologique.<\/li><li>d\u00e9velopper des m\u00e9thodologies permettant d\u2019analyser et d\u2019\u00e9valuer les pressions et impacts associ\u00e9s aux pollutions \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle d\u2019un territoire.<\/li><li><p>d\u00e9velopper des outils et m\u00e9thodes de transfert de connaissances permettant de recueillir les repr\u00e9sentations et pratiques des territoires contamin\u00e9s et de co-construire des solutions pour renforcer la capacit\u00e9 des acteurs de territoire \u00e0 se saisir de ces enjeux.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"justify\">Nos recherches se concentrent autour de sites porteurs d\u2019enjeux sp\u00e9cifiques (environnements miniers, milieux urbains, industriels et portuaires, lagunes c\u00f4ti\u00e8res) r\u00e9partis au sein de trois grandes zones g\u00e9ographiques : le pourtour M\u00e9diterran\u00e9en, l\u2019Afrique de l\u2019Ouest et l\u2019Am\u00e9rique du Sud.<\/p><p class=\"justify\">Nos projets s\u2019appuient sur des plateformes d\u2019analyses de pointe pour la (bio)g\u00e9ochimie des \u00e9l\u00e9ments traces m\u00e9talliques\u00a0(sp\u00e9ciation et isotopie de m\u00e9taux et Le rattachement r\u00e9cent de virologues et d\u2019une entomologiste m\u00e9dicale \u00e9largit le spectre des objets d\u2019\u00e9tude de PHySE initialement centr\u00e9 exclusivement sur les bact\u00e9ries.<\/span><\/p><p>Les objets d\u2019\u00e9tude de PHySE peuvent donc \u00eatre d\u00e9finis comme les syst\u00e8mes infectieux li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019eau (SILE), abord\u00e9s avec une approche int\u00e9gr\u00e9e combinant des activit\u00e9s autour de la vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 et de l\u2019artificialisation des \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes de populations :<br \/>i) vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 des populations humaines (soins, mucoviscidose, dysimmunit\u00e9, \u00e9pid\u00e9mies, Sud) et vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 des \u00e9co-hydrosyst\u00e8mes, sp\u00e9cialement dans les r\u00e9gions m\u00e9diterran\u00e9ennes et Africaines (karst, bassins versants, syst\u00e8mes c\u00f4tiers) et;<br \/>ii) artificialisation des conditions de vie et des hydrosyst\u00e8mes (urbanisation, h\u00f4pital, maison).<br \/>Ces divers contextes sont \u00e9tudi\u00e9s au travers de projets de recherche en France et au Sud (Afrique, Asie), o\u00f9 des formations et du renforcement de capacit\u00e9s, des enseignements, des ateliers, des observatoires, des r\u00e9seaux de surveillance, l\u2019int\u00e9gration dans les syst\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 et le suivi de cohortes de patients sont mis en \u0153uvre. La structuration autour de ces contextes particuliers permet dans certains cas d\u2019aller jusqu\u2019\u00e0 des \u00e9tudes clinico-\u00e9pid\u00e9miologiques et ainsi de proposer une strat\u00e9gie de recherche de l\u2019hydrosyst\u00e8me \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 humaine avec comme objectif \u00e0 long terme d\u2019\u00e9tablir des liens de causalit\u00e9 et donc pouvoir pr\u00e9dire et pr\u00e9venir les risques.<\/p><p class=\"justify\">Le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne de r\u00e9sistance est un axe de recherche f\u00e9d\u00e9rateur de PHySE couvrant la r\u00e9sistance aux biocides, la r\u00e9sistance aux m\u00e9thodes de lutte antivectorielle, ainsi que l\u2019antibior\u00e9sistance. L\u2019antibior\u00e9sistance, en particulier, est un enjeu sanitaire majeur reconnu comme un obstacle \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation de l\u2019Objectif de D\u00e9veloppement Durable (ODD) 3, relatif \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 humaine. Les connexions entre les enjeux de la r\u00e9sistance aux agents anti-infectieux, la qualit\u00e9 de la ressource en eau, la sant\u00e9 globale et les cons\u00e9quences en France comme au Sud sont des priorit\u00e9s claires pour les agences mondiales et les institutions.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-heading\">PHySE une \u00e9quipe pluridisciplinaire<\/p><p class=\"justify\">Bien que sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans les syst\u00e8mes infectieux, l\u2019\u00e9quipe PHySE est pluridisciplinaire avec une expertise de longue date et hautement reconnue sur l\u2019\u00e9cologie et \u00e9volution microbienne et virale, microbiologie, virologie, immuno-physiopathologie (dysimmunit\u00e9), m\u00e9thodes de diagnostic et biocapteurs, entomologie m\u00e9dicale, \u00e9pid\u00e9miologie, pr\u00e9vention du risque infectieux, lutte antivectorielle, recherche clinique, \u00e9conomie circulaire. Cette diversit\u00e9, incluant des professionnels de sant\u00e9, permet des actions synergiques notamment pour d\u00e9velopper le th\u00e8me commun de \u00ab\u00a0eau-pathog\u00e8nes-humain dans divers contextes \u00e9cologiques\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Approches :\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p class=\"justify\">La d\u00e9marche est essentiellement exp\u00e9rimentale, couvrant un large spectre de technologies, et s\u2019appuie sur les moyens des plateformes MicrobiH<sub>2<\/sub>O-Homme-HSM et Bio-Campus, ainsi que sur des technologies compl\u00e9mentaires apport\u00e9es par nos partenaires dont :<br \/>i) la d\u00e9tection, l\u2019identification et la quantification optimis\u00e9es de pathog\u00e8nes par culturomique et des vecteurs par approches mol\u00e9culaires ;<br
