permet de mesurer la porosit\u00e9 et la taille de grains d\u2019\u00e9chantillons de roches.<br \/>Pour les tra\u00e7ages artificiels le laboratoire dispose de 6 fluorim\u00e9tres de terrain type GGun, dont un adapt\u00e9 au suivi de la mati\u00e8re organique, traceur naturel d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat dans les class=\"justify\">Le plateau technique d\u2019Analyses Biog\u00e9ochimiques et Isotopiques regroupe les \u00e9quipements qui permettent de caract\u00e9riser les Hydro-Syst\u00e8mes en termes de composition chimique, isotopique et de communaut\u00e9s microbiennes. Ce plateau s\u2019appuie sur des infrastructures permettant la pr\u00e9paration des \u00e9chantillons environnementaux et biologiques (dilutions, \u00e9vaporations, min\u00e9ralisations, s\u00e9parations isotopiques, extraction d\u2019ADN et d\u2019ARN.) et sur des \u00e9quipements analytiques de pointe (ICP-MS, IRMS, HPLC\u2026).<\/p><p>Ce plateau technique est compos\u00e9 de 6 poles avec leurs \u00e9quipements propres :<br \/>\u2013 Salles Propres et Pr\u00e9paration des Echantillons (responsable technique : M. Marie ; responsable scientifique : E. Resongles)<br \/>\u2013 G\u00e9ochimie El\u00e9mentaire, Isotopique et Sp\u00e9ciation (responsable technique : R. Freydier ; responsable scientifique : C. Casiot)<br \/>\u2013 Isotopes Stables C, H, O, N, S (responsable technique : N. Patris ; responsable scientifique : J.D. Taupin)<br \/>\u2013 Hydrochimie ( responsable technique : S. Delpoux ; responsable scientifique : C. Montigny)<br \/>\u2013 Microbiologie Environnementale (responsable technique : A. Desoeuvre ; responsable scientifique : O. Bruneel, M. Hery)<br \/>\u2013 Pr\u00e9l\u00e8vements, Stockage et Archivages Echantillons (responsable technique\u00a0: A. Domeau\u00a0; responsable scientifique\u00a0: C\u00a0Guilhe-Batiot)<\/p><p class=\"justify\">L\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat de ce regroupement d\u2019\u00e9quipements, au-del\u00e0 d\u2019apporter des informations compl\u00e9mentaires sur la caract\u00e9risation biog\u00e9ochimique et isotopique des Hydro-Syst\u00e8mes (eaux, s\u00e9diments, sols, micro-organismes\u2026), est de favoriser les \u00e9changes entre les personnels techniques et les chercheurs impliqu\u00e9s dans l\u2019analyse en g\u00e9osciences et en microbiologie. Il s\u2019agit \u00e9galement de proposer une animation scientifique \u00e0 HSM autour des outils de caract\u00e9risation g\u00e9ochimique et microbiologique des Hydro-syst\u00e8mes en lien avec les projets de recherche d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s autour de la ressource en eau et du cycle biog\u00e9ochimiques des contaminants m\u00e9talliques dans les milieux anthropis\u00e9s\u00a0(ports, mines\u2026).<\/p><p class=\"justify\">Le plateau technique ABIHS est rattach\u00e9 \u00e0 2 sous r\u00e9seaux de l&rsquo;Infrastructure de Recherche R\u00e9GEF (R\u00e9seau G\u00e9ochimique et partie des quatre plateaux de la plateforme MAMMA (Montpellier Alliance for Metabolomics and Metabolite Analysis) offrant un acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des technologies analytiques de pointe pour l\u2019\u00e9tude du m\u00e9tabolisme. Le plateau PONTEM vous accompagne dans l\u2019int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 de la mise en \u0153uvre de l\u2019approche m\u00e9tabolomique (du design d\u2019exp\u00e9rience \u00e0 l\u2019interpr\u00e9tation des donn\u00e9es). Nos th\u00e9matiques se situent principalement dans l\u2019\u00e9tude des organismes du milieu aquatique et de leur r\u00e9ponse aux pressions anthropiques. Nous pouvons toutefois facilement adapter notre approche \u00e0 d\u2019autres questions de recherche qui n\u00e9cessite l\u2019utilisation de la m\u00e9tabolomique.<\/p><h3 class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9paration des \u00e9chantillons et mesure<\/h3><div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-3\"><div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow\"><ul class=\"justify\"><li>L\u2019interpr\u00e9tation des donn\u00e9es issues d\u2019une analyse m\u00e9tabolomique non cibl\u00e9e d\u00e9pend de la qualit\u00e9 et de la quantit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es. Nous sommes \u00e0 votre disposition pour discuter en amont du design d\u2019exp\u00e9rience (nombre d\u2019\u00e9chantillons, collecte, conservation, \u2026) \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre pour r\u00e9pondre au mieux \u00e0 vos questions de recherche.<\/li><li>Les matrices biologiques collect\u00e9es peuvent \u00eatre des tissus ou des fluides biologiques. La pr\u00e9paration des \u00e9chantillons est la moins sp\u00e9cifique possible afin de se donner les chances de voir le maximum de m\u00e9tabolites sans <em>a priori<\/em>. Elle est toutefois orient\u00e9e vers la mesures de compos\u00e9s polaires \u00e0 semi-polaires.<\/li><li>La prise d\u2019empreinte est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par chromatographie liquide coupl\u00e9e \u00e0 la spectrom\u00e9trie de masse haute r\u00e9solution (LC-q-Exactive). Des exp\u00e9riences additionnelles en MS\/MS peuvent \u00eatre envisag\u00e9es pour une confirmation de l\u2019identit\u00e9 des Il int\u00e8gre de fa\u00e7on modulaire plusieurs mod\u00e8les d\u2019\u00e9coulement (mod\u00e8les \u00e0 porosit\u00e9) pour la simulation \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle des inondations en milieu naturel et urbain. Il prend \u00e9galement en compte des processus tels que les pr\u00e9cipitations, l\u2019infiltration, ou l\u2019influence du vent. D\u00e9velopp\u00e9 int\u00e9gralement par HSM entre 2003 et 2019, il fait depuis 2019 l\u2019objet d\u2019une action de d\u00e9veloppement commune avec l\u2019Inria. syst\u00e8me d\u2019informations (SIEREM) sur l\u2019en\u00adsemble de l\u2019Afrique qui contient plusieurs types de variables environnementales. Il s\u2019agit du plus important Syst\u00e8me d\u2019Informations Environnementales du continent africain avec 13000 stations de mesures, 33000 s\u00e9\u00adries chronologiques soit plus de 117 millions d\u2019enregistrements, pour la p\u00e9riode 1837 \u00e0 2015. Les donn\u00e9es hydro-climatologiques sont coupl\u00e9es avec des donn\u00e9es spatialis\u00e9es\u00a0: 201 contours de bassins versants, 2962 fleuves et rivi\u00e8res. La r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration des archives hydrologiques a permis d\u2019enrichir SIEREM.\u00a0Plus de 1342 pho\u00adtos ont \u00e9t\u00e9 rassembl\u00e9es dans 391 albums g\u00e9o r\u00e9f\u00e9renc\u00e9s.
