L\u2019\u00e9tude s\u2019appuie sur le bassin versant de Kasserine (Tunisie centrale), territoire repr\u00e9sentatif de environnements soumis \u00e0 de fortes pressions naturelles et anthropiques.<br \/>Une strat\u00e9gie multi-traceurs a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9ploy\u00e9e, combinant param\u00e8tres hydrochimiques classiques, \u00e9l\u00e9ments traces m\u00e9talliques (bore, mangan\u00e8se, aluminium), isotopes stables de l\u2019eau (\u03b418O, \u03b42H), tritium (3H) et contaminants \u00e9mergents (caf\u00e9ine, parac\u00e9tamol, \u00e9dulcorants, bisph\u00e9nol S). Ce couplage innovant permet une lecture multi-\u00e9chelle des processus hydrog\u00e9ologiques. Les analyses ont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 une min\u00e9ralisation d\u2019origine mixte, issue de la dissolution d\u2019\u00e9vaporites et carbonates, de l\u2019alt\u00e9ration silicat\u00e9e et d\u2019apports anthropiques li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019agriculture intensive et aux rejets domestiques. Les faci\u00e8s hydrochimiques similaires entre eaux de surface et souterraines, conjugu\u00e9s aux indices de saturation et aux analyses multivari\u00e9es, indiquent un lien fonctionnel fort entre les deux compartiments, marqu\u00e9 par des infiltrations rapides dans les zones perm\u00e9ables. L\u2019analyse des \u00e9l\u00e9ments traces m\u00e9talliques (ETM) a permis de compl\u00e9ter ce diagnostic en mettant en \u00e9vidence une contamination localis\u00e9e par certains m\u00e9taux (bore, mangan\u00e8se, aluminium), traduisant des origines mixtes. L\u2019apport isotopique (\u03b418O, \u03b42H, 3H) a permis d\u2019identifier des r\u00e9gimes de recharge composites, m\u00ealant infiltration directe des pr\u00e9cipitations, circulation d\u2019eaux profondes mioc\u00e8nes et recharge contemporaine par r\u00e9utilisation d\u2019eaux de surface. Les signatures isotopiques r\u00e9v\u00e8lent une diff\u00e9renciation nette entre marges montagneuses et zones centrales, gouvern\u00e9e par le relief, la structure tectonique et l\u2019occupation du sol. Le tritium confirme la coexistence d\u2019eaux anciennes et r\u00e9centes, soulignant la vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 accrue des zones \u00e0 infiltration rapide. La d\u00e9tection g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9e de contaminants \u00e9mergents \u00e0 courte dur\u00e9e de vie, tels que la caf\u00e9ine, le parac\u00e9tamol, les \u00e9dulcorants et le bisph\u00e9nol S, met en \u00e9vidence des transferts hydrauliques r\u00e9cents et rapides entre les eaux de surface et<br \/>la nappe. Ces compos\u00e9s, v\u00e9ritables traceurs de pollutions r\u00e9centes, ont permis d\u2019identifier des zones particuli\u00e8rement vuln\u00e9rables, notamment la plaine de Foussana et les marges urbaines de Kasserine- ville. Le syst\u00e8me aquif\u00e8re de Kasserine fonctionne ainsi comme un syst\u00e8me hybride, \u00e0 la fois aliment\u00e9 et fragilis\u00e9 par les apports de surface. Les infiltrations r\u00e9centes constituent un potentiel de recharge pr\u00e9cieux, mais s\u2019accompagnent d\u2019un risque \u00e9lev\u00e9 de contamination dans les secteurs dens\u00e9ment peupl\u00e9s ou agricoles. Cette th\u00e8se d\u00e9montre l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat d\u2019une approche multi-traceurs int\u00e9gr\u00e9e, croisant hydrologie isotopique, g\u00e9ochimie et contaminants \u00e9mergents. Elle met en \u00e9vidence la pertinence du croisement d\u2019indicateurs de natures diff\u00e9rentes pour lever les ambigu\u00eft\u00e9s d\u2019interpr\u00e9tation et acc\u00e9der \u00e0 une compr\u00e9hension syst\u00e9mique du fonctionnement hydrog\u00e9ologique.
