Dans un contexte de r\u00e9utilisation des eaux us\u00e9es face aux tensions croissantes sur la ressource, la pr\u00e9sence r\u00e9siduelle de micropolluants soul\u00e8ve des enjeux majeurs. Cette th\u00e8se \u00e9value ainsi l\u2019apport de l\u2019analyse non cibl\u00e9e pour caract\u00e9riser la qualit\u00e9 chimique des effluents suite \u00e0 un traitement par barri\u00e8res r\u00e9actives \u00e0 base de mat\u00e9riaux naturels. Ces travaux reposent sur une strat\u00e9gie analytique int\u00e9gr\u00e9e combinant analyses cibl\u00e9es, suspect screening et analyse non cibl\u00e9e par LC-HRMS, afin d\u2019\u00e9tudier \u00e0 la fois l\u2019abattement des contaminants et les modifications globales de la signature chimique des effluents. Une attention particuli\u00e8re a \u00e9t\u00e9 port\u00e9e sur le devenir de la venlafaxine, de la lamotrigine et de leurs m\u00e9tabolites et produits de transformation dans des dispositifs exp\u00e9rimentaux en r\u00e9acteur ferm\u00e9 et en colonnes. Les r\u00e9sultats montrent que les barri\u00e8res r\u00e9actives permettent une diminution globale du nombre de mol\u00e9cules dans les eaux us\u00e9es trait\u00e9es et une att\u00e9nuation importante de nombreux micropolluants, principalement par un m\u00e9canisme de sorption. Ils r\u00e9v\u00e8lent \u00e9galement l\u2019apparition de nouveaux signaux apr\u00e8s traitement, attribuables \u00e0 des transformations partielles ou au relargage de compos\u00e9s issus des mat\u00e9riaux constituants les barri\u00e8res r\u00e9actives.
