L\u2019anthropisation et l\u2019artificialisation des hydrosyst\u00e8mes g\u00e9n\u00e8rent et peuvent augmenter de nouveaux risques infectieux. Les objectifs des \u00e9tudes de l\u2019\u00e9quipe PHySE concernent l\u2019analyse des conditions affectant la transmission d\u2019agents pathog\u00e8nes hydriques \u00e0 l\u2019homme, \u00e0 l\u2019origine de diff\u00e9rents niveaux de risque pour la sant\u00e9 publique, ainsi que les interactions tr\u00e8s complexes entre ces deux \u00e9l\u00e9ments indissociables, pathog\u00e8nes et humains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"justify\">La diversit\u00e9 des agents pathog\u00e8nes et de leurs vecteurs \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle des populations et des communaut\u00e9s reste l\u2019angle privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 des questions scientifiques de PHySE. Le rattachement r\u00e9cent de virologues et d\u2019une entomologiste m\u00e9dicale \u00e9largit le spectre des objets d\u2019\u00e9tude de PHySE initialement centr\u00e9 exclusivement sur les bact\u00e9ries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les objets d\u2019\u00e9tude de PHySE peuvent donc \u00eatre d\u00e9finis comme les syst\u00e8mes infectieux li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019eau (SILE), abord\u00e9s avec une approche int\u00e9gr\u00e9e combinant des activit\u00e9s autour de la vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 et de l\u2019artificialisation des \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes de populations :<br>i) vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 des populations humaines (soins, mucoviscidose, dysimmunit\u00e9, \u00e9pid\u00e9mies, Sud) et vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 des \u00e9co-hydrosyst\u00e8mes, sp\u00e9cialement dans les r\u00e9gions m\u00e9diterran\u00e9ennes et Africaines (karst, bassins versants, syst\u00e8mes c\u00f4tiers) et;<br>ii) artificialisation des conditions de vie et des hydrosyst\u00e8mes (urbanisation, h\u00f4pital, maison).<br>Ces divers contextes sont \u00e9tudi\u00e9s au travers de projets de recherche en France et au Sud (Afrique, Asie), o\u00f9 des formations et du renforcement de capacit\u00e9s, des enseignements, des ateliers, des observatoires, des r\u00e9seaux de surveillance, l\u2019int\u00e9gration dans les syst\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 et le suivi de cohortes de patients sont mis en \u0153uvre. La structuration autour de ces contextes particuliers permet dans certains cas d\u2019aller jusqu\u2019\u00e0 des \u00e9tudes clinico-\u00e9pid\u00e9miologiques et ainsi de proposer une strat\u00e9gie de recherche de l\u2019hydrosyst\u00e8me \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 humaine avec comme objectif \u00e0 long terme d\u2019\u00e9tablir des liens de causalit\u00e9 et donc pouvoir pr\u00e9dire et pr\u00e9venir les risques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"justify\">Le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne de r\u00e9sistance est un axe de recherche f\u00e9d\u00e9rateur de PHySE couvrant la r\u00e9sistance aux biocides, la r\u00e9sistance aux m\u00e9thodes de lutte antivectorielle, ainsi que l\u2019antibior\u00e9sistance. L\u2019antibior\u00e9sistance, en particulier, est un enjeu sanitaire majeur reconnu comme un obstacle \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation de l&rsquo;Objectif de D\u00e9veloppement Durable (ODD) 3, relatif \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 humaine. Les connexions entre les enjeux de la r\u00e9sistance aux agents anti-infectieux, la qualit\u00e9 de la ressource en eau, la sant\u00e9 globale et les cons\u00e9quences en France comme au Sud sont des priorit\u00e9s claires pour les agences mondiales et les institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PHySE une \u00e9quipe pluridisciplinaire<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"justify\">Bien que sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans les syst\u00e8mes infectieux, l\u2019\u00e9quipe PHySE est pluridisciplinaire avec une expertise de longue date et hautement reconnue sur l\u2019\u00e9cologie et \u00e9volution microbienne et virale, microbiologie, virologie, immuno-physiopathologie (dysimmunit\u00e9), m\u00e9thodes de diagnostic et biocapteurs, entomologie m\u00e9dicale, \u00e9pid\u00e9miologie, pr\u00e9vention du risque infectieux, lutte antivectorielle, recherche clinique, \u00e9conomie circulaire. Cette diversit\u00e9, incluant des professionnels de sant\u00e9, permet des actions synergiques notamment pour d\u00e9velopper le th\u00e8me commun de \u00ab&nbsp;eau-pathog\u00e8nes-humain dans divers contextes \u00e9cologiques&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Approches<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"justify\">La d\u00e9marche est essentiellement exp\u00e9rimentale, couvrant un large spectre de technologies, et s\u2019appuie sur les moyens des plateformes MicrobiH<sub>2<\/sub>O-Homme-HSM et Bio-Campus, ainsi que sur des technologies compl\u00e9mentaires apport\u00e9es par nos partenaires dont :<br>i) la d\u00e9tection, l\u2019identification et la quantification optimis\u00e9es de pathog\u00e8nes par culturomique et des vecteurs par approches mol\u00e9culaires ;<br>ii) les \u00e9tudes de populations et de communaut\u00e9s microbiennes par des approches g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques, g\u00e9nomiques, (exo)-prot\u00e9omiques et ph\u00e9notypiques ;<br>iii) l\u2019\u00e9valuation des m\u00e9canismes cellulaires et immunitaires dans des mod\u00e8les cellulaires et alternatifs pour fournir des cibles diagnostiques et th\u00e9rapeutiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Membres de l\u2019\u00e9quipe<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Responsables&nbsp; Estelle JUMAS-BILAK, Patricia Licznar-Fajardo Mots cl\u00e9s&nbsp; Agents pathog\u00e8nes, diffusion, persistance, transmission, risque sanitaire, antibio-r\u00e9sistance, \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes hydriques, pr\u00e9vention, sant\u00e9 publique.
