Le contaminant comme porte d\u2019entr\u00e9e de notre r\u00e9flexion scientifique nous m\u00e8ne \u00e0 nous int\u00e9resser&nbsp;: i\/ \u00e0 des usages de l\u2019eau comme v\u00e9hicule vers une exposition, ii\/ aux transformations des contaminants dans diff\u00e9rents contextes, iii\/ \u00e0 la caract\u00e9risation d\u00e9taill\u00e9e de l\u2019exposition des organismes et populations (y compris humaines), et enfin, \u00e0 la d\u00e9termination des modes d\u2019action de ces contaminants au niveau mol\u00e9culaire. Nos activit\u00e9s vont des recherches fondamentales, m\u00e9thodologiques et d\u2019innovation \u00e0 l\u2019enseignement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Nos activit\u00e9s de recherche sont centr\u00e9es sur les th\u00e9matiques suivantes&nbsp;(figure1) :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright size-large is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" l\u2019exposition aux contaminants des organismes par l\u2019eau, leur biodisponibilit\u00e9 et l\u2019\u00e9lucidation d\u2019effets potentiels (notamment par le d\u00e9veloppement des approches non-cibl\u00e9es et m\u00e9tabolomiques) y compris l\u2019identification du risque environnemental et sanitaire par approche pharmacologique (bas\u00e9e sur les signalisations conserv\u00e9es au cours de l\u2019\u00e9volution).<\/li><li>la caract\u00e9risation des m\u00e9canismes de transformation environnementale pertinents, notamment ceux conf\u00e9rant un caract\u00e8re potentiellement toxique aux substances (par exemple dans le contexte de la r\u00e9utilisation des eaux us\u00e9es) et la r\u00e9partition et le transfert entre les diff\u00e9rents compartiments environnementaux.<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Nos activit\u00e9s de recherche sont soutenues par les projets suivants (figure2) :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" d\u00e9veloppement de la plateforme de m\u00e9tabolomique environnementale non cibl\u00e9e (PONTEM) au sein de l\u2019alliance pour la m\u00e9tabolomique et l\u2019analyse du m\u00e9tabolisme (MAMMA) h\u00e9berg\u00e9e par l\u2019UMS BioCampus \u00e0 Montpellier ainsi que par notre implication sur la plateforme de r\u00e9utilisation des eaux us\u00e9es trait\u00e9es, h\u00e9berg\u00e9e par l\u2019UMR G-eau (figure 3)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\"
