Le cheminement de l&rsquo;eau au travers du milieu urbain est facilit\u00e9 par les r\u00e9seaux tels que voirie, assainissement pluvial, cours d&rsquo;eau ; mais \u00e9galement d\u00e9tourn\u00e9 ou ralenti par le b\u00e2ti, les infrastructures urbaines et les am\u00e9nagements <em>de gestion douce<\/em> des eaux de pluie. La dynamique des transferts d&rsquo;eau et de mati\u00e8re sur un bassin versant urbain rel\u00e8ve de la distribution spatio-temporelle des pr\u00e9cipitations combin\u00e9e avec la connectivit\u00e9 hydrologique du tissu et des am\u00e9nagements urbains. La recherche de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe H2U s&rsquo;int\u00e9resse aux \u00e9coulements en milieu urbanis\u00e9 dans l&rsquo;objectif d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer la compr\u00e9hension et la gestion des al\u00e9as hydrologiques, inondations et transferts de mati\u00e8res et polluants associ\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les questions pos\u00e9es dans ce contexte portent sur la caract\u00e9risation des for\u00e7ages et la param\u00e9trisation du milieu, et l&rsquo;identification et le d\u00e9veloppement de mod\u00e8les hydrologiques, hydrauliques et coupl\u00e9s hydrologie\/qualit\u00e9 des eaux, robustes et rapides, pour la gestion de crise et pour l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation de scenarii d&rsquo;am\u00e9nagement et de changements. Les m\u00e9thodologies s\u2019appuient sur la m\u00e9trologie et les statistiques non-param\u00e9triques et de valeurs extr\u00eames, la t\u00e9l\u00e9d\u00e9tection et la g\u00e9omatique, la mod\u00e9lisation en milieu h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e8ne des \u00e9coulements et des transferts associ\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il s&rsquo;agit : (1) de d\u00e9velopper des m\u00e9thodes statistiques et de d\u00e9sagr\u00e9gation pour mieux d\u00e9finir les champs spatio-temporels de pr\u00e9cipitation \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle de l\u2019agglom\u00e9ration urbaine en suivant deux voies&nbsp;: l\u2019observation et la caract\u00e9risation statistique des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s structurelles des pluies \u00e0 partir des lois d\u2019\u00e9chelle et le d\u00e9veloppement de m\u00e9thodes de d\u00e9sagr\u00e9gation de champ de pluie vers des \u00e9chelles hectom\u00e9triques. (2) d&rsquo;appliquer les techniques de fouilles de donn\u00e9es et d\u2019analyse textuelle sur des documents et bases de donn\u00e9es ouvertes pour le raffinement du param\u00e9trage des mod\u00e8les. (3) de poursuivre le d\u00e9veloppement des mod\u00e8les hydrologiques (plateforme <a href=\"http:\/\/www.athys-soft.org\/\">ATHYS<\/a>) et hydrauliques (<a href=\"https:\/\/lemon.gitlabpages.inria.fr\/sw2d\/index.html\">SW2D<\/a>) en suivant deux pistes&nbsp;: la r\u00e9gionalisation des param\u00e8tres des mod\u00e8les conceptuels et les mod\u00e8les macroscopiques \u00e0 porosit\u00e9 utilisant les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s statistiques du tissu urbain. (4) de mettre en \u0153uvre des mod\u00e9lisations coupl\u00e9es hydrologie\/qualit\u00e9 adapt\u00e9es aux \u00e9chelles de temps et d\u2019espace des processus urbains dans l\u2019optique d&rsquo;\u00e9valuer le r\u00f4le de la combinaison des ouvrages de gestion et d\u2019\u00e9tudier les \u00e9volutions pr\u00e9visibles des transferts \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle int\u00e9gr\u00e9e dans un contexte de changements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"justify\">Les d\u00e9veloppements m\u00e9thodologiques et les mod\u00e9lisations s&rsquo;appuient sur et alimentent les actions d&rsquo;observation de l&rsquo;<a href=\"http:\/\/eauville.msem.univ-montp2.fr\/\">Observatoire Urbain d\u2019HSM<\/a> qui compte deux sites : au Nord, le bassin versant urbain du Verdanson et plus largement le territoire du fleuve c\u00f4tier Lez (traversant Montpellier) et ses affluents ; en miroir, au Sud dans le District d\u2019Abidjan (C\u00f4te d&rsquo;Ivoire) le bassin versant p\u00e9riurbain de la lagune Aghien et le bassin urbain Riviera Palmeraie. Ces deux sites sont compl\u00e9t\u00e9s par plusieurs chantiers dans des m\u00e9tropoles sah\u00e9liennes d\u2019Afrique de l&rsquo;Ouest (Bamako, Dakar, Djibouti, Fes, Ouagadougou, \u2026) . L\u2019ensemble d\u00e9crit une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de conditions climatiques et urbanistiques.
