C\u2019est un syst\u00e8me de gestion de base de donn\u00e9es d\u00e9velopp\u00e9, outre pour les services hydrologiques et m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques, pour toutes les organisations respon\u00adsables de la gestion de ressources en eau, en charge de leur surveillance et de la mise \u00e0 disposition des in\u00adformations correspondantes. HYDROMET a pour objet<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>la collecte\/r\u00e9ception de donn\u00e9es hydrologiques et m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques,<\/li><li>le stockage des donn\u00e9es dans une base de donn\u00e9es,<\/li><li>les traitements sur les donn\u00e9es et l\u2019\u00e9laboration de divers produits,<\/li><li>la mise \u00e0 disposition des donn\u00e9es via une interface op\u00e9rateur.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le cadre de l\u2019accord qui lie la CNR et l\u2019IRD, HYDROMET a \u00e9t\u00e9 commercialis\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s et est aujourd\u2019hui utilis\u00e9 dans le cadre de nombreux projets internationaux&nbsp;: Autorit\u00e9 du Bassin du Niger (ABN), Autorit\u00e9 du Bassin de la Volta (ABV), Etats des Cara\u00efbes, Paraguay, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On voit ici tout l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat d\u2019une association originale des comp\u00e9tences d\u2019un institut de recherche, d\u2019une part, et d\u2019un gestionnaire de r\u00e9seaux de mesure, d\u2019autre part. C\u2019est cette double exp\u00e9rience qui a permis de d\u00e9velopper un outil reconnu internationalement comme particuli\u00e8rement performant et adapt\u00e9 dans une optique de ges\u00adtion de bassins versants de toutes tailles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>POUR PLUS D\u2019INFORMATION&nbsp;:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jean-Francois.Boyer@umontpellier.fr<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">KHRONOSTAT<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le logiciel <strong>KHRONOSTAT<\/strong> regroupe diff\u00e9rents tests statistiques. Ces tests sont sp\u00e9cifiques d\u2019un changement de comportement de la variable dans la s\u00e9rie temporelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les tests les plus utilis\u00e9s, les mieux argument\u00e9s dans la litt\u00e9rature et, surtout, les plus robustes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 choisis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La premi\u00e8re cat\u00e9gorie de test concerne le caract\u00e8re al\u00e9atoire des s\u00e9ries (test de corr\u00e9lation sur le rang et autocorr\u00e9logramme).Ils portent sur la constance de la moyenne de la s\u00e9rie tout au long de sa p\u00e9riode d\u2019observation.Dans l\u2019hypoth\u00e8se o\u00f9 la s\u00e9rie est d\u00e9clar\u00e9e non al\u00e9atoire, des tests sont propos\u00e9s (test de Pettitt, statistique de Buishand et ellipse de contr\u00f4le, proc\u00e9dure bay\u00e9sienne et proc\u00e9dure de segmentation de Hubert) pour tenter de caract\u00e9riser la nature \u00ab&nbsp;non al\u00e9atoire&nbsp;\u00bb pr\u00e9sente dans la s\u00e9rie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ils sont plus particuli\u00e8rement adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 la d\u00e9tection de ruptures dans une s\u00e9rie chronologique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">T\u00e9l\u00e9chargement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hydrosciences.org\/download\/installationkhronostat.zip\">Logiciel d\u2019installation<\/a><br><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hydrosciences.org\/download\/README.pdf\">Lisez moi<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Contacts<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"mailto:jean-francois.boyer@umontpellier.fr\">Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Boyer<\/a><br><a href=\"mailto:jean-emmanuel.paturel@ird.fr\">Jean Emmanuel Paturel<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ATHYS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>par <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hydrosciences.org\/spip.php?auteur44\">cdieulin<\/a> &#8211; publi\u00e9 le 22 f\u00e9vrier 2017 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hydrosciences.org\/IMG\/arton1299.png?1568962334\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019ATelier HYdrologique Spatialis\u00e9, ATHYS, a pour objectif de r\u00e9unir dans un environnement convivial et homog\u00e8ne un ensemble de mod\u00e8les hydrologiques associ\u00e9s \u00e0 des traitements de donn\u00e9es hydro-climatiques et g\u00e9ographiques. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019IRD pour des applications diverses&nbsp;: gestion de la ressource en eau, pr\u00e9vision des \u00e9v\u00e9nements extr\u00eames, \u00e9tudes d\u2019impact li\u00e9es \u00e0 des modifications anthropiques ou climatiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ATHYS<\/strong> est constitu\u00e9 de 4 modules&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>MERCEDES<\/strong>&nbsp;: plate-forme de mod\u00e9lisation spatialis\u00e9e<\/li><li><strong>VISHYR<\/strong>&nbsp;: traitement des donn\u00e9es hydro-climatiques stationnelles<\/li><li><strong>VICAIR<\/strong>&nbsp;: traitement des donn\u00e9es g\u00e9ographiques spatialis\u00e9es<\/li><li><strong>SPATIAL<\/strong>&nbsp;: plate-forme d\u2019interpolation spatiale<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.hydrosciences.org\/IMG\/png\/figureathys.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"605\" height=\"268\"><br>ATHYS est un logiciel gratuit, qui peut \u00eatre t\u00e9l\u00e9charg\u00e9 et install\u00e9 sous Windows ou Linux.
