{"id":3248,"date":"2021-06-13T11:12:00","date_gmt":"2021-06-13T09:12:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.hydrosciences.org\/?p=3248"},"modified":"2021-06-13T11:12:00","modified_gmt":"2021-06-13T09:12:00","slug":"le-chocolat-dans-tous-ses-etats","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.hydrosciences.org\/?p=3248&lang=fr","title":{"rendered":"Le chocolat dans tous ses \u00e9tats !"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Bioaccumulation de cadmium dans l&rsquo;un des meilleurs cacao au monde : comment accompagner les petits producteurs ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9sentation de Madame <strong>Laurence Maurice<\/strong> jeudi 3 juin, dans le cadre des s\u00e9minaires d&rsquo;HydroSciences<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"justify\"><strong>R\u00e9sum\u00e9 :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"justify\">La production de cacao, mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re du chocolat, est assur\u00e9e par les efforts d\u2019environ 5 millions de producteurs en situation de vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 climatique et financi\u00e8re, principalement en Afrique et en Am\u00e9rique latine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 le bon positionnement de l\u2019\u00c9quateur sur le march\u00e9 du cacao (3\u00e8me producteur mondial), ce&nbsp; pays fait face aujourd\u2019hui \u00e0 un enjeu majeur mettant en p\u00e9ril l\u2019avenir de la fili\u00e8re. Les fortes teneurs en cadmium (Cd) dans les f\u00e8ves fragilisent l\u2019exportation de cette denr\u00e9e suite aux derni\u00e8res r\u00e9gulations de la Commission Europ\u00e9enne pour l\u2019innocuit\u00e9 des produits alimentaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans ce contexte, l\u2019IRD et la SCOP ETHIQUABLE, en collaboration avec diff\u00e9rents acteurs locaux et internationaux, ont lanc\u00e9 un projet de recherche participative visant \u00e0 accompagner les agriculteurs dans l\u2019adoption de bonnes pratiques agricoles telles que la fabrication et l\u2019utilisation d\u2019amendements organiques, biofertilisants et la mise en place de syst\u00e8mes agroforestiers pour am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 et la vitalit\u00e9 des sols, immobiliser les m\u00e9taux lourds et \u00e9viter leur transfert vers la plante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces pratiques permettent aussi d\u2019augmenter la r\u00e9silience des syst\u00e8mes, de diversifier les sources de revenus, de renforcer l\u2019autonomie des producteurs et finalement de garantir une production stable, \u00e9cologiquement durable, et socialement \u00e9quitable.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bioaccumulation de cadmium dans l&rsquo;un des meilleurs cacao au monde : comment accompagner les petits producteurs ?
