L\u2019\u00e9quilibre des \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes aquatiques, au contact permanent de ces micropolluants, est primordial. Parmi ces m\u00e9dicaments, le diclof\u00e9nac, un anti-inflammatoire non st\u00e9ro\u00efdien, est tr\u00e8s consomm\u00e9 et est continuellement rejet\u00e9 dans les eaux, ce qui conduit \u00e0 sa fr\u00e9quente d\u00e9tection dans l\u2019environnement aquatique. L\u2019objectif de cette th\u00e8se est l\u2019\u00e9valuation des effets multig\u00e9n\u00e9rationnels du diclof\u00e9nac sur un gast\u00e9ropode d\u2019eau douce, <em>Lymnaea stagnalis<\/em>, apr\u00e8s une exposition \u00e0 concentrations environnementales (0,1 ; 2 et 10 \u00b5g\/L). Cette \u00e9tude a mis en \u00e9vidence un impact du diclof\u00e9nac \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle physiologique (\u00e9closion des \u0153ufs, croissance, reproduction) et comportementale (locomotion, alimentation) accru au cours des g\u00e9n\u00e9rations. L\u2019expression des g\u00e8nes et les m\u00e9tabolites ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mesur\u00e9s apr\u00e8s exposition pendant tout le cycle de vie de l\u2019escargot, mettant en \u00e9vidence une probable perturbation des syst\u00e8mes d\u2019osmor\u00e9gulation, des d\u00e9r\u00e8glements d\u2019ordre immunitaire et du m\u00e9tabolisme \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique.
